At Eden Park the apartments are divided into separate cottages, each containing 4 apartments. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. Access to the hotel's pool is free for guests. You will also find a free car park and Wi-Fi access throughout. Popular activities in the area include mountain biking, trekking, and golf. You can cycle along the cycle path, which runs alongside the river, to get to Pisa in just a few minutes. The boat service down the Arno River takes you to the beautiful Migliarino - San Rossore Nature Reserve.

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Up to two children under 3 years are charged EUR 10 per stay for cots. Up to two older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Important information

Check-in is not possible after 20:00. Please note the swimming pool is open to guests and external visitors between 1 June and 15 September (free for hotel guests). The management reserves the right to change the opening period according to weather conditions. A swimming cap must be worn. A deposit is payable for use of the kitchen which must be left clean and tidy on departure, or a penalty fee may apply. However, guests may use their deposit to pay for a final cleaning service.
