Hotel Relais Dell'Orologio Relais Dell'Orologio is an historical 14th century mansion house restored into an elegant and prestigious 5-star hotel, situated in the centre of Pisa. All of the rooms are fully-furnished with antique furniture, carefully decorated and equipped with all modern comforts. The magnificent Uguccione Hall with its fireplace, ideal to relax and enjoy a cup of tea, and the romantic garden where you can enjoy breakfast, complement the beautiful setting. The Relais is located in the heart of Pisa, a few steps away from Piazza dei Miracoli where the Duomo and the famous leaning tower can be admired. The Relais Dell’Orologio welcomes its guests in an elegant and exclusive setting, preserving at the same time the warmth and tradition of a family run hotel. Within the hotel there is a romantic garden where you can have breakfast outdoors, parties and meetings, in a truly suggestive surrounding.

Food & beverage

Hallet’s Restaurant offers a traditional Tuscan cuisine prepared in a more fashionable way. The restaurant also has a wide selection of local, Italian and international wines. The careful selection of products, which is at the base of each recipe, together with the expert and traditional cooking techniques, enhances the basic ingredients, thus holding the original flavour and giving life to dishes prepared according the seasons. During the summer evenings, in the garden, we serve suggestive candle lit dinners accompanied by live music. Close on Monday. Breakfast time: from 7:30 to 10:00.

Important information

Please note that there will be variations in the opening times of the hotel restaurant during the winter holidays. Only lunch service is available on 25 December 2008 and 1 January 2009. From 5 January 2009 until 31 March 2009 the restaurant will be closed for renovation.
